It is time for Kathleen Sebelius to take responsibility for her part in the failed rollout of Obama Care.
Saying sorry is not taking responsibility. Mrs. Sebelius works for the people not the White House.
If millions of people are being forced to replace cancelled policies. They deserve to have reasonable access to the "exchanges" they have been forced to turn to.
Mrs Sebelius said she takes responsibility for the failed roll out. In the private sector that would mean time to step down.
