Kim Davis a Democrat Elected to Office FAILED to uphold the Oath of Office when she pledged to God by refusing to issues Marriage Licenses denying the right of same Sex Couples to enter into a Martial Union.

Kim Davis on purpose of evasion altered the Marriage License to remove her name as County Clerk then registered as a Republican for which she was not Elected.
