Labor Unions are in clear violation of the anti-trust legislation’s competition clause. We ask that Labor Unions be added to the act because they have shielded workers from competitive market pricing, as they hold a monopsony over their labor market and don’t allow markets to value their labor. They are noticeably hurting American tax payers and consumers through the nature of their contracts, which violate the competition clause of the act.The political reason for disbanding unions is obvious as they hold an extremely anti-American attitude and hurt the basic function of the free market economy. They are the top contributors of pro-statist/socialist ideals being passed through our political environment.
