remove the law on what age children can stay at home alone.

Created by J.P. on April 24, 2014

15 of the states in America have a limit on how young a child can be to stay home alone. The youngest age is 8 and it is the law in South and North Carolina, Maryland, and Georgia. The oldest is 14 in Illinois. Parents should be trusted enough to decide what age they will leave there children home alone in all states of the U.S. 38 of the states have no limit and this is how it should be everywhere.
