The justice department should not be pursuing the interests of corporations at the expense of citizens. We should not be spending our tax dollars fighting copyright infringement criminally. We certainly should not be attacking fair-use, and should, as a country, be fundamentally opposed to the viewpoint expressed by the Recording Industry Association of America and the Motion Picture Association of America.
