Many large cities are passing laws making it illegal to feed or help the homeless. For example, in NYC the Bloomberg administration even bans the donation of food to shelters. Do we really want the government making it illegal to be generous? Do we want to be arrested for giving food to a starving fellow American? Please act to ban these restrictions. They are heartless.
