The requirement to use your legal name, and send in legal documents to an unknown source, is a violation of the first amendment right of freedom of speech. This also enables dangerous members of society a very quick and easy access to information that others may want to keep quiet. Especially in the case of anyone not ready to admit their sexuality to the world, their political views, etc. This is an especially dangerous day in age, and their should be some modicum of privacy afforded to anyone trying to keep their lives out of an abusers hands.
