Remove lethal firearms from all general police officers as a side arm.

I ask that lethal firearms be removed as a side arm from law enforcement officers in all of the United States of America.
The lethal use of these firearms is 99.9% avoidable. This is causing major back lash by the people of the United States of America.
As a solution, i propose that all firearms be replaced with low voltage taser guns. As a second measure, lethal fire arms be locked away in a lock box in the back of the cop car in the trunk. Any lethal fire arm longer than 6 inches long be removed from regular "beat cops".
These lethal firearms can be part of the SWAT team's are already on call 24/7 when needed in the United Stated of America.
I ask for this because we the people are the majority. We count for more than the small amount of people that make up the police force.
