Recently a lot of police officers have been killing unarmed, and other undeserving civilians. This type of force should not be delegated on a police officer level, if we are to allow the killing of American citizens, it should come from a higher authority, if any. When there are shootouts, and other dangerous situations, tranquilizer can be used in place. Innocent until proven guilty!
