This is a ridiculous rule. I work hard just like every other American and I will spend, move or transfer my hard earned dollars however I see fit. Most agree that this $10 federal penalty was to motivate Americans to save money in their savings account.
A lot of people that buy products frequently online or offline usually transfer money from their savings to checking to cover the transaction. People should be allowed to manage their money however they see fit. This is a Federal policy and needs to be stopped and removed immediately.
