The three children of Maya Eibschitz-Tsimhoni, were sent to a juvenile detention center by the Oakland County circuit judge Lisa Gorcyca. They were found in contempt of court for refusing to go to lunch with their father. The kids did not want to go to lunch with their dad, because they state that they witnessed him hit their mother, although he wasn't charged with anything. The judge took the side of the father and when the children refused her order, she mocked them, called them names, and related the oldest son to Charles Manson. She sentenced them to juvenile detention until they reach the age of 18. The next review of the hearing isn't until September 8th. This judge's decision goes against the 8th amendment, under cruel and unusual punishment. These children need to be released.
