Whereas the presence of lobbyist's whose companies either pay no federal taxes and / or have no physical presence in the USA are a detriment to the people, as they truly have " no skin in the game". We request an executive order banning immediately such presence of said lobbyists within the territorial confines of these Great United States, be forbidden to contact any member of congress indefinitely.
Should said companies/lobbyist desire to be allowed to return to America to lobby, their companies shall immediately pay taxes at the full corporate rate for the previous fiscal year, shall establish a physical presence in America employing 90% (ninety) percent American citizens as employees and shall maintain American citizen employment and shall be current in their tax obligation
