Lois Lerner needs to be removed from her post as the head of the exempt organizations division of the IRS until the investigation is completed. She has invoked the 5th Amendment to Congress so she would not be required to submit possibly self incriminating evidence. She should no longer be running the organization that is currently under investigation if her statements under oath would be self incriminating, indicating she may have knowledge of wrongdoing. Does the "Fox guarding the hen house" mean anything?
