Remove the majority of bodyguards and contracted companies designated to provide security to gov't officials on US soil.

With recent gun bans proposed and signed into legislation by officials, the need for excessive use of body guards and contracted security companies is no longer required. The removal of such wasteful spending is necessary for several reasons. First, it demonstrates the government officials' belief that such laws do in fact make citizens safer. Secondly, the recent $500 million dollar proposal will need funding which can in part be offset by eliminating those employees whose positions are no longer deemed necessary. Should the government not deem it necessary to cut such positions then it is making a clear statement that citizens are not safe and as such, should repeal all anti-firearm legislation and instead focus on enforcing laws that are already on the books.
