remove many of the equal opportunity laws that take away your right to discriminate

so many private company's cant discriminate,
this is unfair because they should have the right to not pay a person because of race,gender,and all those things basically private company's cant be racist or sexist even though they should have the right to pay who they want not just anyone qualified for the job
if an employer hates black people they shouldn't have to hire them or get fined/sued for it, you should have the choice on where your money goes not someones race or gender
