Remove "Marihuana" from the Schedule 1 list enumerated in 21 USC 13 (SS812) (b)(1)(c)(10), and remove "Cannabis" from the US Controlled Substances Act- Administrative Controlled Substances Code Number (ACSCN) 7360.
