The National Institute of Health currently holds a patent on marijuana for medical use while the DEA simultaneously states that marijuana "has no medical use" and refuses to remove it from their list of Schedule I narcotics. We ask the Administration to reconcile these differences and remove "marijuana" (cannabis) from the DEA's list of Schedule I narcotics.
