Remove Marijuana (Cannabis sativa / indica) from FDA Schedule I. Legalize and regulate like beer & wine.

Marijuana is listed in DEA FDA drug regulation as "Schedule I" -- same as heroin and LDS. ("NO medical use, potential for abuse."). Codeine and Opium are listed -- as used in cough and analgesic remedies -- as Schedule V.
