Please remove Marijuana from the Controlled Substance Act. As has already be proven with Prohibition of Alcohol you cannot legislate morality or common sense. Legalizing and taxing Marijuana would reverse the expense of enforcement into positive revenue.
22 of our states have either decriminalized or legalized both medicinal and recreational possession of Cannabis. Marijuana needs to be removed from the Federal Controlled Substance Act. to end this internal conflict in the U.S.
