Marijuana has significant medical use according to many medical professionals. Marijuana does NOT have the same addictive qualities as other Schedule 1 drugs and other drugs not included in the act (tobacco and alcohol). Therefore it should be removed from the Controlled Substance Act, Regulated along side tobacco and alcohol. Made legal for recreational use for all US citizens, not just Colorado and Washington.
