Remove marijuana from the federal Controlled Substance Act

Remove marijuana from the federal Controlled Substance Act and let the federal government tax it and use that tax to pay on National Debt.
If a person wants to grow his own for personal usage, reasonably tax per plant. If a person wants to go to a federal store and buy from there, just like you do alcohol, beer, and wine in most of this country. Tax it there!
Let the individual decide like they do at an ABC Store. People still make homemade wine and beer! Why not let a person grow some many plants per person for personal use.
Surly with all the scientific minds on this earth they could come up with a way to test you, just like states do for DUI now! You Drink and Drive You Pay or Someone Else’s Dose!
