Remove marijuana from the federal Controlled Substance Act and allow the states to decide how they want to regulate it.

Some states have clearly indicated that they wish to determine how to regulate marijuana at the state level through medical marijuana programs or by legalizing personal use. Please remove federal implications by removing marijuana from the Controlled Substances Act.
