With the growing acceptance of and evidence that marijuana is a viable treatment for various medicinal conditions, in addition to the racial inequity that exists from the over-prosecution from its use and sale, we the people of the United states of America petition the federal government to remove marijuana from the DEA Schedule 1 drug list.
