Remove Marijuana from the list of schedule 1 drugs.

Lets get real. The governments own data states that approximately 100,000,000 Americans have tried marijuana. Approximately, 58% of Americans believe marijuana should not be illegal. Yet every year, 750,000 Americans are arrested for marijuana. This leads to mass incarcerations, and destroyed lives. Not just the people arrested but their family members including children who often go into foster care. Marijuana is classified, in defiance or all reason, as a schedule 1 drug. This implies it is just as bad as, heroin, cocaine, methamphetamine, and other drugs that can kill you. Yet there is not one documented case of a marijuana death. Remove marijuana from the list of schedule 1 drugs and law enforcement can rededicate itself to protecting us from thing that are actually a danger.
