Remove marijuana from the list of schedule 1 drugs as it's medical uses have been well documented.

Nearly half the states in The Union allow medical marijuana in one form or the other. Schedule 1 drugs are those that have no medicinal uses. It's clear that marijuana does not belong in the same classification as crystal meth and heroin.
