Remove marijuana from the list of schedule one drugs as there are significant medical benefits.

Created by P.H. on April 14, 2016

The definition of a Schedule I drug for the FDA is the fact that there is no medical use with a high chance of abuse/addiction. There has already been studies done by the government to prove this is not true (Shafer Commission 1972). As the government has already investigated and almost half of the states in the US and many other developed countries allow this for medical, there is no need for a study of anything more than a review of evidence and a ruling on the classification of Marijuana by the FDA. I would request that an executive order be issued instruction the FDA to reclassify Marijuana to what ever the FDA seems fit based on all the evidence already in systems and health journals of reputable source ignoring all other "moral" based arguments of social degradation.
