Remove Marijuana from Schedule I of the Controlled Substances Act. Schedule I of the CSA specifically states that in order to be placed in this schedule I that the substance in question must have "no accepted medical use for treatment in the United States." According to U.S. Patent # 6630507, they're are multiple medical uses for treatment. How is this?
