This would help President Obama to enact a change in federal law that bans the use of Marijuana. It would allow all states to at least allow Marijuana to be used for medicinal purposes. It would also cut a lot of the red tape involved in getting more clinical research and trials on the benefits of medical Marijuana. President Obama should do everything he can to legalize Marijuana before his term is over.
