Remove Marijuana from Schedule I of the Controlled Substance Act and tax it like alcohol and tobacco

In accordance with 21 U.S.C. § 811(a)(2), demand that the Attorney General, Eric Holder, remove Marihauna from the schedules, i.e. to remove or delete 21 U.S.C. § 812(c)(c)(10); or he shall be removed from office.

The President then must ask congress to amend subtitle E of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 (26 U.S.C. Subtitle E) to include Marijuana, and to amend 21 U.S.C. § 802(6) to reflect the same.
