Remove Marijuana from Schedule I of the Controlled Substances Act

Medical Marijuana has been legalized in 16 states and the District of Columbia establishing an accepted medical usage for marijuana contrary to the wording in Scedule I Section(B) The drug or other substance has no currently accepted medical use in treatment in the United States.

It is time to reclassify marijuana in Schedule V of the Controlled Substance Act or delist it entirely.
