remove Marijuana from Schedule I of the CSA of Drugs (with LSD and Heroin) to Schedule IV (Valium and Xanax) or V.

Created by K.S. on December 12, 2012

Reduce Marijuana from the FDA Scedule I list of Controlled Substances Acts drugs (heroin and LSD) to a lower schedule like schedule IV or V. Schedule II drugs are PCP, Cocaine, Ritilan, and Morphine [no refills; new prescription every time]; Schedule III is Tylenol w/Coedine, Hydrocodone, and Anabolic steroids ('Roid Rage anyone); Schedule IV includes Darvon, Valium, and Xanax (put marijuana here) because getting it listed as Schedule V is impossible (Cough medicine with Coedine). Let's put Marijuana with Valium and not Heroin; Marijuana is certainly less hazardous than Cocaine PCP, and Morphine (Ritilan is an Amphetamine).
