We the people as American citizens in a free country, deserve the right to use cannabis for medical reasons such as, pain, spasms, depression, nausea, insomnia, an orexigenic, and several other conditions. It is time to stop wasting so much money to fight a losing battle, we should allow seniors, disabled men and women, and anyone with a doctor's recommendation to use cannabis no matter what state they live in, and I would almost guarantee that if you rescheduled and stopped the federal crackdown on medical marijuana that all 50 states would soon allow cannabis for medical purposes. The prescription painkillers are a whole lot more harmful and dangerous and there are many people who prefer to use cannabis over painkillers for these reasons and others.
