It is far past over due to remove marijuana from Schedule I drugs. Marijuana is no worse than alcohol, nor does it even come close to same toxicity. Even if you don't consume marijuana it is unconstitutional to decide what citizens of United States can put in their body. Here is a few reasons of why marijuana should be legal.

*Decrease use in minors - Pushing marijuana off the streets means it will be more difficult for minors to access marijuana. How many dealers ask for an I.D?
*Personal Right - If anyone chooses what should and should not be in their body it's the person him/herself.
*Save Government funding - The government spends $20 Billion dollars on marijuana Prohibition.
