There are many differing analysis of Marijuana, that none seem certain what’s true and what’s not,including,most importantly, the youth of America. At this point everybody should be able to recognize that prohibition is a futile effort. The least we could do is make it easier for scientists to study the drug. In the name of keeping our youth safe. And if anybody is against that then they are truly despicable.
Teens are going to continue to keep using Marijuana regardless of its legality. Therefore we state to remove Marijuana's status as a Schedule I drug, in order to allow more studies to be done. We believe that this is a fair and logical step forward for both parties, proponents and opposition.
As David Sheff states, Marijuana should be treated as a health issue not a criminal issue.
