This is a war against Isis and the President has tied the hands of our military. They are not allowed to engage the enemy if it may hurt or kill one civilian. We never would have won WW II if those rules were in place.
Our military is the best in the world if allowed to fight as they have been trained.
Remove all of the rules of engagement and let win!
