Throughout American history, the State of Missouri has continually demonstrated that it is incapable of responsibly participating as one of the 50 states in the United States of America.
Because of their vast and numerous human rights violations, dwindling provision for education, continual drain on Federal assets because of poor health and financial decisions and inability to demonstrate a desire to recover from these issues, Missouri should be stripped of its statehood and its land and assets should be redistributed among remaining nearby States.
This is necessary to demonstrate to both the global public and the American people that archaic ideals and violations of human rights have no place in the United States of America or our future and will not be tolerated.
