We the People, find The monsanto Protection act abhorrent, The idea that an individual may consume food that may cause them bodily harm, and that the company responsible for such harm has protection from the law, is unconstitutional, and allows for unfair nepotism, between corporate elites and political figures.
The 1938 Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act was created for needed changes in the law: for quality and standard. Among these Standards was the fact that companies were required to Label their food for consumer consumption.
Instead you have created a bill, that, an individual will not know what he is consuming, he will be unable to file for damages, and said manufacturer will not be required to cease production of that food.
