Remove the names of traitors who fought against the US from government buildings, schools, and as the names of towns.

Created by T.V. on December 05, 2012

Some places, schools, and other government buildings bear the names who fought against the US or supported those who did. This petition seeks to remove names from these places such as Throckmorton, TX, which is named after an ex- Confederate who became the governor of Texas briefly after the Civil War until he was removed by the military after the start of Reconstruction, and Robert E. Lee from Robert E. Lee High School, which is named after a US army general who joined the Confederacy after the start of the Civil War and is responsible for the deaths of thousands of Americans. This petition seeks to remove these traitors from government property.
