Remove the National defense authority act (ndaa) and the patriot act because it is a clear violation of our constitution

The NDAA & THE PATRIOT ACT IS clear violation of our humanitarian, civil, and liberal rights, what's the point of being an American if under suspicion of terror we will be held without due process and also having the government spy in on ordinary citizens as they feel necessary all in the name of terror, our constitutional rights are being stripped away. This petition is to remove the NATIONAL DEFENSE AUTHORITY ACT & THE PATRIOT ACT which strip us Americans from our amendment rights
