remove the National Minimum Drinking Age Act.

Created by L.H. on April 26, 2013

The National Minimum Drinking Age Act states that any state with a legal drinking age of less than 21 shall have their highway/road funding cut by the federal government. This is a direct violation of the constitution, which gives this right to the state (Amendment 21).
The federal government needs to realize that they have overstepped their jurisdiction and give this power back to the states.
