Being that in the year 1986 all states changer their minimum drinking age to 21, under the threat of failure to comply would cut federal funding of federal highways in the states.
Since the date there has been no further evidence that a lower drinking age had prevented teen deaths related to alcohol. Showing the exact opposite, with college age students abusing disregarding the existing laws and over drinking to a point of hazard, having had little to no supervised alcohol consumption.
A person of 18 is able to smoke away health, gamble away money, and most importantly DIE FOR THEIR COUNTRY, yet they are not allowed to consume alcoholic beverages.
Remove the restriction and allow those under 21 to consume alcohol, in order to prevent improper consumption and allow a higher national moral.
