Due to the fact that the NRA is a massive lobbying machine their 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status should be revoked. It should also be made retroactive and made to pay the American public all taxes due.
Not only does the National Rifle association engage in massive lobbying, they threaten any official seeking election if the NRA's agenda is disregarded.
For these reasons the NRA should not be able to continue enjoying the privilege of having a 501(c)(3) status.
