Remove the naturally occurring Cannabis plant from all drug schedules and stop fixating on its potential for abuse.

Marijuana, IE Cannabis IS A NATURALLY OCCURRING PLANT and as such, is NOT foremost a drug.The American people demand that the United States government remove this plant from ALL drug classification as it violates Americans individual freedoms to choose how each of us regulate and maintain our own bodies. Furthermore, retaining the current classification criminalizes Americans who wish to use this NATURALLY OCCURRING SUBSTANCE responsibly. The schedule 1 classifications of marijuana has created a bias & an unfounded argument for its restriction which in FACT is a direct result of its current unjustified classification. Simply put, using Cannabis is not the problem, the denial of its use is what has created the problems. Stop putting the cart before the horse, then beating the horse for it.
