Remove NICS until it can be designed to perform accurately.
It routinely delays without approval to individuals who actually qualify.
NICS doesn't have to answer to anyone about errors or has any requirement to fix or respond which allows it to remain and violate the civil rights of the individual.
It should be approved if applicant disagrees, if this is a false statement then prosecute the individual.
If the individual is concerned over personal safety, federal government should give 24 hours armed escort until fixed.
I would expect no less protection than Mayor Bloomberg.
