This petition is to have Felonies removed from the records of all one time offenders where the felony is more than 7 years old and the person has had any repeat occurrences on any level, and is considered a productive member of society (job, family, etc.). At the very least, everyone who fits the description above that were the age of 25 or younger when they were convicted should have the felony removed. In many cases drug related Felonies occur while you are still a teenager, or young adulthood. I think we can all agree that these are age groups where wise decisions seem to elude us, and therefore should not be the basis for which the rest or our lives should be judged against.
