There are many people in the U.S. with budget issues, those who can not afford a stable source of income in which most do not have medical insurance, before this law is in force, this federal law coming into place should be removed or be considered to be an option for middle and lower class citizens. Forcing people to receive medical insurance is not the answer to their problems and to the nations' problems.
