Two Texan senators used the filibuster recently to kill a bill that would all but shut down abortion clinics in Texas.
After successfully, and fairly, filibustering this bill, the republican senators called a vote after it should have been considered "dead" and further more, they shut out the people from viewing the vote - which happened after the deadline - and doctored the time so as to make it seem like they did it in the time required.
Whether you call yourself pro-life or pro-choice, this criminal act should not be tolerated. We the people demand that the senators responsible for locking the public out of a vote and cheating on the vote time and vote count be forcibly removed from office.
