Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine does not believe that select groups have the right to be married and actually goes so far as to insist that they have too much power. The time to remove this intolerant man from office is here.
In a brief submitted to the Supreme Court by Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine, it is stated that “Heightened scrutiny does not apply because there is no fundamental right to the recognition of out-of-state same-sex marriages. Such a right would conflict with our Nation’s traditions in two ways[.]”
This is not about traditional values, this is about providing equal opportunity for all people regardless of orientation.
