remove or adjust the minority spend requirement for corporations. It makes for an unfair landscape for public companies.

Today many corporations have minority spend thresholds they have to meet. Making companies purchase from minority owned companies creates an unfair advantage. Almost every company that is publicly traded has minority owners who are unjustly treated with this requirement. This creates an unfair business advantage for minority owned companies who can be billion dollar companies that are privately held. We need to level the playing field for all companies. I see this as being very similar to how the supreme court struck down affirmative action for college admissions.
