To remove Orange County Superior Court Judge M. Marc Kelly from the bench after reducing Kevin Rojano’s sentence by 15 years. Rojano had been convicted of brutally raping a three-year-old girl, sodomizing her in his garage. Judge Kelly said Rojano hadn’t shown ‘callous disregard for [the victim’s] well-being’ and was not a typical predatory action because he hadn’t dedicated time to stalking her. He ‘simply became aroused’ while playing video games, and didn’t really meant to hurt her when he violently raped her.
